Conceptualize, design and deliver marketing analytics reporting, performing these specific duties: Conduct, and oversee analysts performing, extraction and interrogation of data sets from multiple marketing databases. Guide analysts in deriving and writing articulated key findings and observations from analysis of data spanning identification/quantification, segmentation/targeting, media/social, website and/or online experience (CRM/behavior path) analysis. Support analysts with website and media (GTM, UTM) tagging, implementation, and quality assurance; ensure data taxonomies are correct and compliant with client/agency data and reporting standards. Support development of analytical plans including selection of methodologies, techniques, key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Review and interpret media plans to assist leads in developing recommendations for KPIs, success metrics and benchmarks. Coordinate across internal teams such as media planning, strategy, SEM, and social to design and build reports. Requirements:Masters Degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Marketing Intelligence, plus 2 years of experience in position offered or as Analyst or Senior Analyst in a healthcare advertising agency.All required experience must have included: performing advanced multi-source data extraction and integration across web analytics (Google Analytics), media platforms, customer databases and syndicated data tools using SQL, cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery or Snowflake) and BI tools (Power BI, Domo, Looker, or Tableau); developing and analyzing KPI framework, performance measurement metrics and benchmarks; performing website and media tagging including GTM and UTM tagging, implementation and quality assurance; using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker or Power BI) and cross-functional collaboration to develop reports communicating analytical findings; and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses using digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Chartbeat or Parse.ly) to derive structured insights and support data-driven decision-making.
