Our Financial client seeking a Technical Business Analyst to help implement and integrate a growing list of front and middle-office applications supporting our credit, private equity, and insurance businesses. The ideal candidate is experienced in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Help us as we build our greenfield investment platform from the ground up.Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Design additional capabilities for the company's data warehouses, including the usage of Large Language Models, Machine Learning automation and integration of unstructured data Implement and integrate enterprise software solutions (e.g. Risk / Accounting systems / Investment Pipeline) Leverage APIs and web services calls to load and extract data out of 3rd party systems Provide Data Analysis and ad-hoc reporting packs for front-office and middle-office users Product Implementation and Development Work with business users (e.g. Traders, PM's, Operations, Analysts, Finance/Compliance professionals) to gather technical requirements, then translate into executable solutions. Principal technical business analyst on one or more company's Core systems implementation Execution on multiple simultaneous large-scale projects (e.g. implementation of SaaS products, automation of manual workflows, data warehousing, etc.) Ensure a high standard of SLDC Align and contribute to the culture and overall vision/mission of the team.Qualifications 10+ years of experience working on enterprise financial technology implementations, financial data warehouse technology, custom workflow and reports development, and data integrations - ideally in Private Credit domain Experience with business-facing dashboards and creating reports with Reporting & Business Intelligence technologies (e.g. Sigma Computing, PowerBI, Tableau) Strong knowledge of: Buy-side financial services technologies and products including Trading and Portfolio management systems (Allvue/Black Mountain, BlackRock Aladdin) Alternative (Credit and Private Equity) Asset classes and Investment Lifecycle Credit or fixed income Asset class experience, with understanding of Investment Lifecycle Market Data platforms (Bloomberg, S&P Markit, Refinitiv) Knowledge of Arcesium Aquata data warehouse or similar platforms preferred Demonstrate Ability to translate business requirements into technical design Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous time-sensitive projects and tasks A positive, customer-service-driven outlook Strong verbal & written communication skills Occasional travel to Miami may be required Position may require on-call availability outside of working hours for scheduled changes, emergency Incident Management, and VIP requests Estimated Min Rate: $90.00 Estimated Max Rate: $100.00 What's In It for You?
