Description
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation
Solution Design & Delivery
Translate business needs into technical/functional specs
Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle
Support testing, deployment, and user adoption
Project Leadership
Lead small-mid size projects end-to-end
Track deliverables, timelines, and risks
Support larger enterprise initiatives
Systems Integration
Support integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and internal systems
Identify automation opportunities across applications
Documentation & Communication
Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides
Present business cases and solutions to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
3-4+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience
Strong SQL skills (will complete a short SQL assessment)
Experience with:
Requirements gathering
Business process analysis
Solution design
Systems integration
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Salesforce
Project leadership experience
Strong presentation skills
