Responsibilities You will manage the Government Travel Program (DTS), manage office supplies (order/inventory/stock), and serve as the Navy ERP User Account Administrator. You will perform a range of analytical studies and projects related to program operations that include the effectiveness of business processes, organizational structures, and management internal controls and processes. You will review and/or comply with Navy, NAVWAR, and CPE WEBS policies and procedures that include developing local program procedures to ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures. You will support the development and implementation of information/knowledge management processes for the organization. You will manage information and/or knowledge management systems and processes supporting correspondence and records management policies and procedures. You will develop and implement processes, plans, and policies to manage program business operations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band DA-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying quantitative and qualitative methods, fact finding, and investigative techniques to provide managers with objectively based information to inform administrative and programmatic decisions. The pay schedule and pay band for all Demonstration Project Professional Positions will be DP-1/2/3/4.
