The Opportunity:
The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to join our FEMA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our configuration management processes and systems. This role involves creating, maintaining and updating configuration documents such as user guides, job aids, and standard operating procedures for configuration of the systems that are being supported.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and update configuration deliverables such as guides, and job aids
Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with other areas, service providers, customers, and technical staff
Support the configuration of GTD LGMS and FEMA GO systems
Support the development and delivery of briefings and training as required to leadership, individuals or teams across the program to ensure common understanding to meet objectives
Review and analyze compliance with process-specific standards and policies, and stays abreast of process changes
Analyze help desk inquiries to identify and correct configuration errors in the GTD LGMS and FEMA GO systems.
Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings and as required
Identify areas for improvement in practices and recommend solutions
Supports the development and maintenance of relevant and appropriate project management documentation and artifacts (i.e. project schedules, briefings, reports, etc.)
Support the Leads in efforts ensuring high performance and quality are consistent
Support the development and maintenance of customer required and identify and recommend changes or additions to quality metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with configuration management teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to obtain a FEMA Entrance on Duty (EOD)
Bachelor's degree
6 years of related work experience
Good working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processes
ITIL V3 or 4 certification and training
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Desired:
Prior FEMA experience
Advanced ITIL certifications or training
Working knowledge with ServiceNow

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,600 - $122,100
