HX5 is currently seeking a Program Manager to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Air Force Metrology and Calibration division (AFLCMC/WNM) in Heath, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Using strong a knowledge of DoD systems acquisition, program management principles, and FMS/USAF procurement activities, independently perform all duties related to program management, including post-award tasks and life-cycle management
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate strategic plans, develop and maintain acquisition reports, and conduct program status briefings
Support program actions such as meeting coordination, milestone tracking, briefing preparation, and the development of risk management strategies, including preparing documentation for acquisition decision processes.
Develop directorate-level portfolio metrics, support programmatic events, finalize correspondence, and manage data repositories
Using proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint management, support program operations and data analysis across various administrative domains, focusing on strategic communications.
Perform financial review including producing funding documents and analysis.
Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) years of which must be in the DoD
OR seven (7) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
An understanding of metrology, measurement or calibration system is preferred.
