BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA in support of a Maritime effort for (MAGIC) Marine Corps Intelligence Activity Analysis, Geospatial Imagery, and Counterintelligence Support Services program.

The ideal candidate will provide direct support to MCIA to provide situational awareness and intelligence production and analysis for numerous Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
Candidate will conduct Intelligence Mission Management by providing a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
At least 12 years of relevant experience with a portion of that experience being within the last 2 years.
Master s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master s degree.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to:
Assist the command, at a minimum of twice per week, during the command validation meetings and provide sound recommendations to address newly arrived requirements (requests for information, production requirements, and assigned higher and adjacent organization s task actions).
Access appropriate classified and unclassified intelligence applications in order to assist the command to record/input assigned requests for information, production requirements, and assigned higher and adjacent organization s task actions into the command s internal Requirements and Tracking Automated Sequencing Coordination (RTASC) application.
Assist the command in monitoring the status of requirements received through, but not limited to the Community Online Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM), Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway (MKG), Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), and e-mail. Ensure tasks are recorded, validated, completed, and disseminated to MCIA customers on the required suspense dates IAW command policy.
Assist the command to satisfy time-sensitive Command tasks and RFI requirements, then communicate with appropriate MCIA and MCISRE leadership via established procedures using appropriate information, knowledge, and task management applications.
Receive, update, process, and communicate critical information regarding Command tasks via appropriate information, knowledge, and task management applications in line with the Command s Requirements management orders and procedures.
Assist in the periodicrewrite of the Command Requirements Management Process (CRMP) by end of each quarter unless directed otherwise. Provide input to Command Intelligence Mission Management and MCISRE requirements management improvement initiatives.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Customer is requesting a seasoned Intelligence Analyst preferably with multi-INT expertise, excellent research, writing, and briefing skills to customer senior leadership, as they pertain to an intelligence environment supporting critical operations.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377
