Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.## Education MBA, JD, or Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field Minimum of 6 years of experience as an analyst or in a related role involving credit analysis of CLOs or other structured credit transactions## Responsibilities This role is responsible for providing in-depth analytical leadership across the quantitative, structural, and legal review of corporate CLO transactions to support high-quality credit ratings and research. Analyze cash flow CLO structures and transaction documentation to determine credit risk and support rating outcomes Prepare rating committee memoranda and present clear, well-supported rating recommendations to rating committees Conduct legal analysis of CLO transactions and asset-level documentation to assess credit impact and structural protections Communicate effectively with arrangers, issuers, investors, and external legal experts throughout the rating process Author publishable research, including transaction reports and industry articles, and deliver external presentations as required Participate in on-site operational reviews of issuers and contribute to special projects that enhance analytical frameworks and rating processes## About the TeamThe Structured Finance Group within Moody's Ratings is responsible for analyzing and rating a wide range of complex structured credit products, including corporate CLOs.
