Architect and own end-to-end digital data collection strategy across Paramounts global digital ecosystem web, mobile apps, OTT, gaming consoles, and smart TVs ensuring consistency, scalability, and privacy compliance in all event tracking frameworks. Develop automation frameworks and data pipelines for tag deployment and QA validation; replace manual QA processes with scripted regression testing to improve data accuracy and delivery speed. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior tracking engineers and implementation analysts by conducting code reviews, defining reusable tag templates, and creating best-practice documentation. Manage vendor relationships and third-party validation tools including Nielsen and Comscore; lead integration reviews to maintain compliance with measurement and privacy standards. Design and maintain cross-platform data layer specifications and governance standards to unify event schemas across products and markets; collaborate with Data Engineering and Product Architecture teams to align on enterprise taxonomy and metadata. Lead multi-regional implementation programs involving internal and external teams, oversee delivery schedules, validate milestone completion, and enforce best practices for analytics enablement across all business units. Evaluate and integrate emerging marketing and measurement technologies including Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Tealium to enhance data capture, governance, and activation capabilities. Serve as the subject matter expert for cross-platform identity resolution; ensure accurate user stitching across authenticated and anonymous journeys for downstream analytics and personalization. Collaborate directly with data science and Business Intelligence teams to design event-level datasets and data models supporting machine learning, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation. Oversee governance and change-control processes for analytics tracking requests; ensure version control, documentation, and auditability across releases. Communicate analytics architecture and data quality insights to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences; drive strategic prioritization and cross-team alignment. Perform high-level root cause analysis and post-deployment audits to ensure data integrity and maintain SLAs for data accuracy. Drive standardization initiatives across international markets by codifying tracking libraries, governance policies, and reusable measurement frameworks. Lead large-scale cross-functional analytics enablement initiatives, including new platform launches and global rollouts, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Ad Tech teams.
