Conduct regular team reviews to align insights with business goals. Establish and enforce SQL standards and best practices across the analytics team. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field and 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or substantially similar position. Alternatively, must have a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field and 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Data Analyst or substantially similar position. Special Skills Required: Required experience must include all of the following: utilizing Bloomberg billing modeling for cost estimation; working with Airflow, Python, PostgreSQL, and Business Intelligence tools; creating reports and presenting them to customers and internal teams; leading automation processes; and performing data collection and analysis in a Fintech environment.
