Requirements
US Citizenship.
TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly.
ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening and/or Reading
Must be documented within 2 years prior to resume submission
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
In lieu of bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted for a total of eight (8) years' experience
Equivalent of four (4) years' full-time experience performing translation of materials from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English.
Native Capability
Must have learned the required language since birth and have been formally educated in, and via, for a minimum of ten (10) years in a county where the language is an official, national, or commonly spoken language
Exception: If the language/dialect is not an official or national language and formal education is not conducted in the language/dialect
Must have learned and used the required language/dialects since birth
Must have used the language for at least fifteen (15) years in a region where the language(s)/dialect is commonly used among a historically rooted population of resident speakers who employ the language/dialect in social, cultural, employment, economic, or other public sphere interactions beyond immediate family/household use
One (1) year of experience typing on an English keyboard
