Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Student Affairs Liaison in Stennis, Mississippi. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with Security Cooperation Offices to support security assistance and security cooperation training
- Assist in assessing student information prior to arrival
- Assist in processing incoming international student information and coordinate requirements
- Assist with planning and executing student reports, memoranda, and administrative documents
- Provide accurate and timely centralized pay services and process a variety of complex pay cases
- Perform identification card services, including verification, common access card issuance, eligibility checks, and system updates
- Provide customer service to military members, dependents, and international students
- Assist with administration, cultural enrichment, transportation, recreation, and general student services
- Coordinate student travel arrangements and assist with daily program operations
- Maintain student tracking systems, berthing assignments, and activity schedules
- Support creation of schedules and ensure cultural considerations are addressed
- Assist with managing class rosters, records, and database inputs
- Coordinate transportation for student programs
- Perform basic vehicle pre‑operational maintenance on vehicles
- Provide Spanish language assistance during trips, events, airport runs, and student interactions
- Performs travel and driving duties as necessary to support operational and contractual requirements
- Assist with barracks key/security management and order necessary office and lodging supplies
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Valid driver’s license and obtain/maintain any required certifications
- Strong work ethic with excellent English communication skills (Spanish required for some roles)
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position which may include walking, standing, bending and moving materials throughout the workday in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work non‑standard schedules (nights/weekends as needed)
- Ability to write professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Ability to comply with all cybersecurity and IT policies
- Ability to maintain professional conduct and follow all applicable regulations
- Ability to work non-standard schedules
- 5 years of experience using computers, software, and related devices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B) within 60 days of hire
- 5 years of fluent bilingual communication experience in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- 5 years of general office/administrative experience, including Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Ability to produce professional‑format written correspondence when needed
