Business Intelligence Engineer II (Chewy, Inc.; Bellevue, Washington): Development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements. Work with the Supply Chain teams in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, transportation planning, delivery experience for improved customer experience and in-stock positions. Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints. Communicate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from several data sources using SQL and multiple technological platforms. Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation. Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context. Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders. Improve ongoing analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
Alternate Education and Experience: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.

Experience must include 1 year with the following:
o Forecasting;
o Supply chain;
o Data warehousing;
o Tableau, Excel and SQL expertise;
o Snowflake; and
o Data modeling experience in Retail/E-commerce.
Salary: $98,787 to $150,000 per year
