Manage and oversee a comprehensive POL program that ensures all ASTs, USTs, and miscellaneous POL units are permitted, authorized, controlled, and managed in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, permit conditions, and NASA-specific requirements where applicable. Services and associated deliverables include the following:

Prepare, maintain, and update the SPCC Plan including, as needed, routine annual reviews, technical amendments, and the renewal requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Experience with Storage Tanks and Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Management- Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC)
Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
United States citizenship.
