Job Description:
Strong experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in Agile or Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of derivatives and SFT products including:
Repos
Securities Lending
Related financing products
Good knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) measures such as:
PFE (Potential Future Exposure)
CE (Current Exposure)
CVA (Credit Valuation Adjustment)
Hands-on experience managing requirements, Jira stories, Agile delivery workflows, and UAT processes.
Ability to work closely with Risk Managers, Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in investment banking or capital markets environments.
Familiarity with regulatory/risk transformation programs.
Scrum certification or Agile project management certifications preferred.
