Meet Our Team:
Pega is seeking a senior, results-driven Consulting Partner Manager to drive strategic growth through our largest Federal and State Government System Integrator (SI) partnerships. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of executive relationship management, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and brand development - with a mandate to position Pega as the platform of choice embedded within the core offerings of the nation's leading government SIs.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
You will own and deepen executive-level relationships across Tier 1 integrators - firms like Leidos, GDIT, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture Federal Services, EY Government, and others - converting those relationships into pipeline, co-sold revenue, and repeatable joint solutions that serve Federal agencies and State Government clients.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Executive Engagement & C-Level Relationship Development
Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite leaders (CTO, CDO, EVP of Capture, VP of BD) across major Federal and State SIs
Act as Pega's senior advocate within partner orgs, securing executive sponsorship for joint initiatives and long-term alignment
Represent Pega in EBCs, QBRs, and key executive events like PegaWorld and partner summits
Go-To-Market Strategy & Offering Development
Execute joint GTM strategies aligned to Federal priorities (modernization, cloud, AI/ML, case management) and State verticals
Co-create scalable partner offerings and accelerators that embed Pega into core delivery and capture strategies
Enable partners to position Pega Cloud, GenAI Blueprint, and Agentic AI in active deals and RFPs
Identify funded opportunities early via pipeline analysis, recompetes, and RFIs to ensure Pega is embedded in bids
Brand Building & Network Expansion
Grow Pega's influence across SI orgs-from BD and capture teams to practice and delivery leaders
Drive adoption of co-branded Blueprints, campaigns, and thought leadership to elevate Pega's presence
Lead workshops, innovation sessions, and enablement to deepen technical expertise and advocacy
Leverage MDF to activate joint marketing and demand generation
Revenue & Performance Management
Own Total Partner Impact (TPI) across sourced, co-sell, and resell motions
Partner with AEs, PDSMs, and field teams to convert pipeline into revenue
Track key metrics including pipeline, certifications, Blueprint usage, and specializations
Enablement & Partner Development
Champion certification currency and skills-based enablement pathways
Support delivery readiness with PDSMs on project planning and resource strategies
Who You Are:
You are local to the D.C area and can travel to and from partner sites when needed
You are an expert relationship builder and can develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue for your company and your partners. You understand the partner co-sell and resell models and have demonstrated success
Prior experience with enterprise workflow, AI/ML, or low-code platforms in a Federal SI or ISV alliance context
Familiarity with Pega's product portfolio (Pega Cloud, Customer Decision Hub, Pega GenAI Blueprint, Intelligent Automation)
Pega certifications (CSA, CBA, or equivalent) or the willingness to pursue upon hire
Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud solutions and Federal Cloud compliance requirements
Existing relationships within State Government IT leadership or State SI/contractor ecosystems
What You've Accomplished:
12+ years of experience in Federal Government IT, enterprise software sales, alliances, or partner/channel management - with a demonstrated focus on large Systems Integrators
Proven C-level access and influence at one or more Tier 1 Federal SIs; an established executive network across firms such as Leidos, GDIT, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture Federal Services, or comparable organizations
Deep GTM expertise: track record of building and launching joint solution offerings, co-selling programs, and demand generation strategies within the Federal Government market
Experience driving brand positioning and mindshare within large SI organizations - from practice leadership to business development and capture teams
Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations and build cross-functional coalitions internally and externally
