At a high level, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy advanced AI/MLdriven software and analytics that strengthen ISR decision advantage and modernization efforts for the DoW and IC. You Have: 5+ years of experience with Python 5+ years of experience with common ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikitlearn 3+ years of experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning Experience with software engineering, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization practices consistent with modern ML engineering expectations Experience building endtoend data and ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model evaluation, and integration into operational systems Ability to work in secure, missionfocused environments and collaborate with crossfunctional teams,including data engineers, developers, and ISR mission SMEsto align solutions with DoW and IC priorities Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering and 5+ years of experience with AI/ML or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with AI/ML Nice If You Have: Experience with MLOps frameworks and tooling, including MLflow, Kubeflow, experiment tracking, and reproducible pipelines Experience with cloud or onprem secure compute environments, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or highside mission systems Experience with emerging techniques, including generative AI, LLM finetuning, and RAG Experience in softwaredefined ISR architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, or operational prototyping in government R&D ecosystems Knowledge of ML lifecycle best practices TS/SCI clearance Master's degree AI/ML certification Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
