The FLRAA Project Office seeks a highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide critical financial management, program execution, and analytical support for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft program. This position requires an expert-level understanding of Army enterprise systems and demonstrated capability in funds execution and programmatic analysis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Management & Execution:
Accomplish and review funds execution activities to ensure compliance with appropriation law and DoD Financial Management Regulation
Collect, analyze, and integrate obligation and disbursement reports from multiple data sources
Develop and review Obligation and Expenditure Plans for accuracy and alignment with program requirements
Monitor budget execution and provide early warning of potential funding issues
Systems Analysis & Support:
Utilize GFEBS and LMP systems for transaction processing, data extraction, and financial reporting
Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP FI and AM modules and GFEBS transaction codes
Navigate LMP databases to extract logistics and financial data for program analysis
Ensure data integrity across enterprise systems
Program Analysis & Reporting:
Manage, analyze, and report funding and programmatic data utilizing CCAR and PMRT suite
Leverage ADVANA and Power BI to develop analytical products and executive dashboards
Provide data-driven insights to support program decision-making
Prepare briefings and reports for government leadership
Collaborative Support:
Work closely with government financial managers, contracting officers, and program leadership
Coordinate with functional leads across the FLRAA Project Office Support audits, data calls, and requirements from higher headquarters
Required Skills & Experience
Clearance Required: Secret
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience
Army Program Execution Experience - Demonstrated experience supporting Army acquisition or program management offices in budget formulation, funds management, and program execution
Enterprise System Expertise - Current, verifiable working-level experience with:
Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) - software, databases, and system functionality
General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) - SAP FI and AM modules, transaction codes, and financial reporting
Contractor Cost Analysis Requirements (CCAR) - data management, analysis, and reporting within PMRT suite
Recent Experience Required - All system experience must be current and verifiable with recent (within last 24 months) hands-on application
Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
Experience with SAP transaction codes for Financials (FI) and Asset Management (AM)
Working knowledge of Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT) suite of applications
Familiarity with ADVANA and Power BI for data analytics and visualization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience supporting Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) or Army aviation programs
Knowledge of Army acquisition processes and Defense Acquisition System
Familiarity with Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) requirements
Previous experience with major defense acquisition programs (ACAT I/II)
Professional certification (e.g., DAWIA/ACQ Business FM, PMP, or equivalent)

The proposed salary for this position is:
$105,000-$125,000 USD
