We are looking for a Business Analyst. Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
Perform discovery and analysis of requirements based on current system functions and business needs.
Elicit business requirements.
Translate business requirements to functional requirements.
Clarify any questions the engineering team has.
Produce data maps between source and target systems.
Interpret data and analyze results.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project coordination.
Skills
Proven working experience as a business analyst or business data analyst.
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Experience in system migrations efforts preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
3 years of interpreting data, analyzing results.
3 years in data mapping projects.
3 years of SQL.
Strong communication skills.
Life insurance industry experience is a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $41.23 to $43.33/hr on W2. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
