Responsibilities You will apply knowledge of Department of Defense cyberspace operations and intelligence activities to analyze strategic management, alignment, and prioritization of programs. You will analyze organization and management functions to identify improvements to organizational structure. You will analyze missions, functions, and tasks against long-term requirements to identify operational and strategic capabilities and gaps. You will develop, collect, analyze, and report on strategic performance measurement data. You will analyze, evaluate and integrate technical and non-technical data from multiple sources to assess its relevance and significance to command activities including signals intelligence, cyberspace operations, and space operations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Familiarity with or experience applying knowledge of Department of Defense cyberspace, space, and signals intelligence operations. Experience analyzing organizational missions, functions, and structures to identify strategic gaps and recommend improvements. Ability to collect, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making and monitor program performance. Experience as a staff action officer; and reviewing organizational practices, writing staff action reports and conducting surveys to ensure compliance with established policies, regulations, and agreements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work alongside subject matter experts, gather information from various stakeholders, and brief recommendations to leadership. Education Additional Information Certain incentives (such as Recruitment/Relocation) may be authorized to eligible selectees.
