Work Location: Farmington Hills, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: Gather, analyze, interpret, and document detailed data and business process requirements. Provide support for project management, requirements gathering and analysis, change management, business process review, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations and legacy system modernization. Manage project tasks, user stories, and progress using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Conduct JAD (joint application development) workshops and focus groups and collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to capture and validate detailed business requirements. Prioritize business requirements and simplify them for analysis by management. Document and translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Create and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes. Create change management proposals based on identified requirements. Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct thorough reviews of business processes using frameworks including SWOT analysis. Identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to recommend improvements. Establish and monitor project budgets, performing cost-benefit and financial analyses. Optimize resource allocation and track financial performance against project goals. Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including financial modeling and root cause analysis, to solve complex problems. Participate in cross-functional workshops to address critical issues and propose actionable solutions. Facilitate design sessions with the project implementation team to ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements and user expectations. Facilitate training sessions and provide support to end-users during the transition to new systems. Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are met. Communicate with stakeholders and transfer knowledge to project development teams.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Management Consultant or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with business processes and analyzing & interpreting data. 40hrs/week.
