Position Summary
Deliver instruction for theTitle 10 Basic Cyber Operations - Procedures (BOC)course. This role prepares officers to navigate the complexities of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, ensuring they understand the operational and legal frameworks of full-spectrum cyberspace missions.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
Specialized Training:Must be a graduate ofT10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course)OR the NSACNOQC.
Operational Experience:Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as aCyberspace Operatorwithin the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF).
Operational Planning Mastery:
Deep knowledge ofJoint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), theJoint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and theJoint Planning Process (JPP).
Expert understanding of the relationship betweenNSA and USCYBERCOM.
Tactical Expertise:
Ability to instruct onStrike/Mission Packagesfor Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
Knowledge ofIKE/JCC2, cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver.
Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations.
