About the Role:
As a CBRE SalesManagement Analyst, you will partner with market leaders and salesprofessionals to support the business and operatingmodel. This job is part of the sales management function,responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting toachieve business objectives.
What You'll Do:
Support market leaders and sales professionalsin managing opportunities, pursuits and pipeline in Salesforce. Ensure data isinclusive, reflective of current stage and managed against established KPIs.
Debrief with sales professionals regularly tohave insights into all developing pursuits and assignments.
Research new ways to make products appealing byobserving the environment and current trends. Maintain the list of targets,track progress, and issue periodic updates to senior team members.
Manage processes and reports to audit data. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Recommend and coordinate process implementations to ensure ongoing improvement in sales management functions.
Partner with Research and Marketing teams to generate reports and materials for Sales Management.Provide data about market segments, business activity,and success rates.
Help identifyexpert resources to support the broker's pursuit activities.
Provide the sales professionals with insightbased on goals and daily interactions.
Learn and support the adoption and engagement of broker technology tools and systems.
Apply general knowledge of standard principlesand techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline andsome knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that areconsistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work and the work ofothers on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meetdeadlines.
Explain complex information toothers in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.
Prior sales experience preferred Understandingof existing procedures and standards to solveslightly complex problems
Ability to analyze possible solutions usingtechnical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizationalskills with an inquisitive mindset
Ability to work within standardized proceduresand practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Excellent communicationskills to explain complex information in straightforward situations
Ability to manage multipletasks and prioritize effectively
Strong analyticalskills to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Ability to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
