PROGRAM SR MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support for the U.S. Army's Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO). This role oversees engineering, integration, test, airworthiness, product assurance, and sustainment activities for non-program of record (Non-POR) rotary-wing aircraft supporting U.S. and allied partners worldwide.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Program Sr Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of MASPO.
Program Management support to the MASPO program, supervising a staff of Aviation Engineers, Analysts and SMEs and providing oversight to multiple projects within the MASPO program.
Develop and execute program strategies, set project goals and objectives
Lead multidisciplinary engineering and program support for the development, modification, testing, fielding, and sustainment of rotary-wing aircraft.
Provide expertise exhibiting a depth of knowledge across Ground and Flight Test Operations to include operational, engineering, maintenance and aircraft systems and weapons testing.
Oversee airworthiness documentation, qualification activities, and safety-of-flight reviews.
Coordinate avionics, electronics, survivability, and mission-equipment integration.
Provide systems engineering expertise across the full acquisition lifecycle.
Support structural analysis, materials engineering, fatigue/NDI programs, and quality/acceptance testing.
Manage configuration control, technical data, and test & evaluation plans.
Maintain stakeholder engagement with Government, OEMs, and international partners.
Prepare program reports, tracking, documentation, and briefings for leadership.
Oversee project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Act as the hiring manager for assigned projects/programs; supervise the screening, selection, and hiring of all candidates
Develop and manage budget, funding, and schedule for project and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities in support of the MASPO customer
Plan, monitor, and track risks and implement risk mitigating/avoidance actions to reduce the likelihood of occurrence
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in engineering or related technical field
Experience: 10+ years of related experience / 5+ years of technical leadership experience
Demonstrated program management and program delivery experience
Demonstrated experience managing program cost, schedule, and performance
Security clearance level: Secret
US citizenship required
Travel requirements: 10%

The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
