Program Manager

As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding the technical program team. The customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Air Power market you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact our customer's processes while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:
12+ years of experience with project management
Knowledge of enterprise program management, DoW Acquisition lifecycle, risk management, quality assurance, program integration and financial management
Ability to work in complex environments, build high-performing teams and lead interactions with senior officials
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
PMP or PgMP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience leading defense system projects
Knowledge of product design or strategic weapon system design
Ability to build a program team and instill organizational culture
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus
Advanced executive level certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
