Computer User Support Specialist
The Opportunity:
Support day-to-day

. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees. Work with engineering and production staff supporting non-networked IT equipment. Support the engineering community with CAD and CAM application support.
You Have:
2+ years of experience with IT technical support
Knowledge of Windows OS
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ Certification within 6 months of start date
Nice If You Have:
Experience with industrial machine software
Experience with IT ticketing systems
Experience with IT troubleshooting
Knowledge of CAD and CAM applications
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
