Senior Merchandising Analytics Manager (Chewy, Inc.; Bellevue, Washington): Lead development of best-in-class measurement frameworks for evaluating assortment, promotions effectiveness, improving financial performance and customer experience metrics. Drive adoption of newly available datasets into use through integration into different analyses. Increase visibility of opportunities and risks through proactive identification and communication to business partners. Deliver clear data driven insights in both verbal and written form. Program manage cross-functional initiatives which require development of data products and driving accountability across International.
Other: Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 10% domestic travel required.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analyst, or related position/occupation.
Alternate Education and Experience: Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and 4 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analyst, or related position/occupation.

Experience must include 4 years analyzing data and delivering business insights.
Experience must 3 years managing analysts or data engineers.
Experience must also include the following:
o Translating analysis into business actions;
o Advance Excel skills, including data connections, complex formulas, and pivot tables;
o Data visualization skills using software, such as Tableau or complementary visualization tools;
o SQL;
o Interpreting business metrics, executing complex analyses, and connecting multiple data sources to explain business performance;
o Independently managing cross-functional projects;
o Ecommerce pricing, assortment, fulfillment, and inventory management strategies; and
o Financial KPIs, P&L statement, and assortment management metrics.
