PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Ifyou'relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design Scalable Data Solutions: Influence and design data models, structures, and transformation logic that enableaccurateand consistent reporting across the organization.
Own End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of analytical solutions, including requirements gathering, data mapping, solution design, validation, and implementation.
Bridge Business & Technology: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into structured, data-driven solutions grounded in system capabilities.
