Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) created an Addressable Media practice, called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. PMX Lift is an omnichannel activation practice that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and intelligence. About PMX Lift Measurement Team
To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is adding to our Measurement department, responsible for advanced media campaign reporting. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Analyst of Measurement to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift campaigns across a range of categories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, audience based deterministic landscape, this role will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a working knowledge of addressable media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude. We look for team members who work with integrity, collaboration, empathy, innovation, and dependability in mind.
Responsibilities
Execute post-campaign data QA and reporting tasks with increasing independence, supporting Specialists and Supervisors in deliverable preparation.
Maintain and update dashboards and databases, flagging issues and suggesting improvements to Specialists.
Support Specialists in the setup and execution of advanced attribution studies, contributing initial analysis and documentation.
Assist in planning and feasibility prep, surfacing data gaps and supporting methodology discussions.
QA inputs from Analysts and contribute to internal documentation refinement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience within an agency, media publisher, or measurement vendor.
Basic understanding of traditional and digital media data.
Exposure to Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
Ability to analyze data and provide initial actionable insights.
High attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
Proactive attitude with the initiative to learn and grow.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $73,944.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
