SAIC is currently hiring a IT & Cyber Strategy Analyst to help support NIWC Atlantic and USMC programs in Charleston, SC.
Job Duties:
- Work with the leadership team to provide guidance partnerships, and technological roadmaps to achieve competitive differentiation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to government customers, engaging with executives, DoD leaders, Congressional staffers, and acquisition partners to shape mission-driven opportunities.
- Lead scenario planning, strategic positioning, and innovative solutioning for government and national security challenges.
- Drive organic growth by identifying and keying on strategic opportunities, influencing capture positioning, and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
- Assist with ideation, development, and implementation of advanced Enterprise IT and Cyber solutions, including:
- AI/ML-powered analytics
- Advanced cybersecurity architectures (Zero Trust, automated threat response, etc.)
- Enterprise IT modernization frameworks for cloud, data, and software-defined networks
- Digital Twin and Simulation systems for operational testing and evaluation
- Integrate innovative technologies and strategies into customer programs, ensuring seamless adoption and operational success for mission-critical objectives.
- Collaborate across technology teams (CTO, solution architects, business development) to ensure solutions are forward-thinking and aligned with SAIC’s technical vision.
- Spearhead strategic interactions with senior government leaders, establishing SAIC as the partner of choice in both Enterprise IT and Cyber domains.
- Represent SAIC as a thought leader through participation in industry events, conferences, panels, and government-industry forums.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field with nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Certifications in Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity domains (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Agile) desirable.
- Experience in Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and delivering innovative customer solutions.
- Expertise in advanced technologies, including AI/ML, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise digital transformation, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner effectively with government customers and industry decision-makers.
- Strong capture leadership and execution on large, complex IT and Cyber contracts in the defense, intelligence, or federal markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of fostering innovation and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to achieve corporate success.
- Hands-on experience with customer delivery, technical implementation, and growing a robust contractor/government partnership model.
