About the Role:
CBRE's Global Treasury team is seeking a high-performing Senior Treasury Analyst to support M&A Integration, daily cash positioning, corporate investments, and strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of transaction execution and operational excellence, partnering closely with Treasury leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead Treasury workstreams for M&A integrations, including bank account setup, system onboarding, and entity rationalization.
Manage daily cash positioning across US entities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of funding decisions.
Support corporate investment activities, including portfolio monitoring, trade execution support, and counterparty management.
Contribute to strategic Treasury initiatives, process improvement projects, and policy documentation.
Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership and banking partners.
Global Cash Flow Forecasting - assist with consolidation and variance analysis across business units.
Commercial Paper Trading - support issuance, settlement, and dealer coordination.
Corporate Debt Management - coverage for debt reporting.
Daily Cash Reporting - ensure timely production of cash position and CP activity reports.
Global Cash Review & Repatriation - assist with intercompany funding analysis and dividend/repatriation workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
3+ years of corporate experience
Detail-oriented professional with a strong aptitude for system administration and process optimization
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation preferred
Experience with commercial paper or short-term debt instruments preferred
Exposure to global treasury operations and repatriation strategies preferred
Familiarity with TMS systems (Integrity) and banking portals preferred
Hands-on experience with cash management, forecasting, M&A integration preferred
