PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading organization in the Beverage Manufacturing industry to find a Market Research Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies. If you're naturally curious, business-minded, and ready to influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do & Why It Matters
In this role, you won't just analyze data-you'll shape business outcomes . You'll uncover opportunities, identify risks, and translate market intelligence into strategies that strengthen market share and competitive positioning. Your insights will directly support growth across a dynamic portfolio of brands.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Analyze syndicated and internal data to evaluate market conditions, competitive activity, and portfolio performance
Monitor category trends and competitor strategies to identify risks and growth opportunities
Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive market share and value growth
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams on planning and execution
Develop compelling presentations using visuals and storytelling to communicate key findings
Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses for leadership and frontline teams
Evaluate performance at a granular level to identify drivers, gaps, and opportunities
Support cross-functional initiatives that lead to stronger commercial outcomes
Present insights in a clear, practical, and audience-appropriate manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
1+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or business intelligence
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a related field
Experience working closely with commercial, sales, or field teams
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
