Electrical Engineer, Lead
The Opportunity:
As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to ensuring that complex systems are designed and implemented properly. We're looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to lead a team of electrical engineers for a critical national program.
At Booz Allen, you'll use your engineering skills to transform our national defense. Our team evaluates design concepts and tests products. That's why we need you, an experienced electrical engineer with leadership experience to help us design and develop national defense systems.

You Have:

6+ years of experience with technical leadership
Experience as a subject matter expert in Electrical Engineering
Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
Secret clearance
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of experience as an engineeringteam leader, or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering and 9+ years of experience as an engineering team leader

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
