To be more efficient and effective, it needs a Business Process Specialist to learn the end-to-end mission and provide ways to change for the better. That's why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process.As a business process specialist on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll analyze discussions with leadership, teammates, and other stakeholders that will help refine your client's definition of success and identify current frustrations. You'll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using various techniques including but not limited to root cause analysis, SIPOC charts, fishbone diagrams, failure mode effect analyses, trend analysis, future state models to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders. On our team, you'll use process improvement frameworks to provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect.Join us. You Have: - 10+ years of experience in assisting with the Business process, management of cost, schedule, and performance of Army or DoW programs- Experience with the DoW Acquisition Life Cycle process- Experience facilitating communications with stakeholders internal and external to the client to support product development or ongoing production programs relating to the business side of acquisitions- Experience in using Microsoft office tools and with risk management processes and tools in the DOW Acquisition Life Cycle- Ability to work well with Integrated Product Teams- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, including challenging industry partners, managing input from multiple stakeholders simultaneously- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently without direct supervision- Secret clearance- Bachelor's degree in a Business field Nice If You Have: - Experience with managing acquisition of Class 5 items, demil operations, or RTD&E efforts through Milestone B- Experience in the military- Possession of excellent problem solving and analytical skills- Possession of strong business acumen and financial management skills- Master's degree in Business or a related field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
