HX5 is currently seeking aProduct Support Software Principal to support the HNC Division at Lackland AFB, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead innovation and evolution of Cyber Operations products within an agile, secure, cloudbased DevSecOps environment using data-driven prioritization.
Review, analyze, and develop software documentation, requirements, design materials, test artifacts, source code, and configuration data.
Apply expert knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and HardwareasaService models.
Coach cross-functional teams to anticipate, identify, and mitigate digital disruptors across commercial and threat domains.
Maintain a mission-focused balance between introducing new capabilities and improving existing ones.
Adapt product development priorities based on evolving threats, changing mission profiles, and available resources.
Validate requirements and capability needs through cross-checks across multiple data sources in dynamic threat and technology environments.
Strengthen organizational resiliency by documenting key processes, fostering proactive collaboration, and optimizing execution in hybrid digital work environments.
Apply knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning throughout all program phases.
Utilize extensive experience with defense acquisition management in accordance with DoDI 5000.87 (Software Acquisition Pathway).
