Manage requirements, data sourcing, data analysis and visualization to present a coherent data story. Coordinate across scrum groups to help deliver data deliverables to the broader STEP organization. Translate business needs into multi-year implementation plans, including project prioritization, scheduling and resource planning. Identify and manage external dependencies and logistics as well as identify and mitigate risks throughout the schedule, escalating early where necessary. Engage in technical requirements discussions, including problem solving and developing recommendations, with stakeholders and internally to ensure business outcomes are met. Develop and manage the overall prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for programs from start to finish. Evolve processes to develop operational discipline and enable the team to scale. Telecommuting permitted.
Master's degree or foreign degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Product Marketing Manager, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a related occupation. Annual Salary: $211,000 to $241,000.
