Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of experience providing all-source or open-source analytical support to government and military customers (Special Operations community preferred)
Must have active Secret or higher security clearance
Understanding of best practice research techniques and common commercial and Government analytical/collection tools
Experience supporting instructional programs, curriculum development, and/or training coordination
Experience delivering instructional material or large briefings to 20+ personnel
Bilingual (English/Spanish) due to the nature of the job
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience coordinating and/or delivering training to government, defense, or intelligence communities
Experience developing or contributing to curriculum and/or POI development
Project management experience and/or certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.)
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Job Description:
The Sr. OSINT Training Coordinator will support the delivery and management of an open-source research methodology training program focused on operational workflows. This role combines training program coordination, operational support, and instructional assistance to ensure courses are delivered across all training events. The coordinator will work with program leadership, instructors, and government stakeholders to manage course logistics, assist with maintaining training materials, track program performance metrics, and support continuous improvement of the training curriculum. While the position is primarily focused on training program coordination and operational support, the training coordinator also serves as the training backup instructor when required.
Responsibilities (Functions):
Coordinate training logistics, tool readiness, and course readiness for each session
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining training materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, and scenario-based exercises
Help instruct and facilitate advanced OSINT toolkit instruction to students with varying technical backgrounds, demonstrating understanding of open-source collection workflows
Coordinate with program stakeholders to understand training needs
Coordinate with trainers to ensure course curriculum is relevant to operational needs
Conduct student evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recommend enhancements to curriculum based on student performance and operational needs
Maintain awareness of industry standards, platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure course content stays current
Interaction with clients, executives, and government officials in both in-person and virtual settings
Travel to customer sites, government facilities, and industry events
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and responsiveness
Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols
This position may involve OCONUS travel for short periods of time
