THE ROLE:
Principal II, Application Analyst - Oracle Cloud SCM
Herbalife is seeking a Principal II, Application Analyst - Oracle Cloud SCM to play a key role in our global Oracle Cloud Supply Chain transformation. This position suits a senior Oracle Cloud SCM functional leader who enjoys working where business process development, enterprise systems, and global implementations intersect. This is a Hybrid working arrangement with requirement to be onsite 2-3 days a week. You will partner closely with business collaborators, IT teams, and implementation partners to build, implement, and continuously improve Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Inventory, Costing, WMS, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment in a complex, multinational environment.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, from requirements and fit-gap through configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Serve as functional lead for Inventory, Costing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics, Order Management, and related integrations
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud SCM solutions
Define as-is / to-be processes and align collaborators across multiple business units and regions
Partner with technical teams on integrations, data flows, security, and reporting
Support post-go-live optimization, enhancements, and release cycles
Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams
Communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive sponsors

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Deep functional expertise in Inventory, Costing, WMS, Logistics, OTC, and PTD
Proven success leading multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
Strong background in business analysis, process building, and collaborator alignment
Experience supporting multi-national, multi-tier ERP/SCM environments
Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and manage competing priorities
Ability to travel domestically up to 20% a year
Ability to work onsite 2-3 days a week
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical awareness spanning SQL/PLSQL, REST & SOAP APIs, integrations, XML/HTML, and data structures
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS integrations
Exposure to Oracle PaaS extensions (Visual Builder, Web Services, Redwood UI)
Experience with OTBI, BICC, Fusion Analytics / Data Intelligence
Global collaborator management experience, including cross-cultural collaboration and executive communication
Oracle Cloud certifications
