You will coordinate with local managers to track and maintain accountability of sensitive materials. You will conduct inventories, audits, and spot checks to ensure compliance. You will respond to management requests, unplanned tasks, and program requirements on time. You will identify and implement process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide courteous and timely assistance to customer requests for information or support. You will demonstrate professional conduct, representing the security program and organization with integrity. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee AND/OR manage security programs, ensuring accountability of sensitive materials, coordinating audits and inventories, responding to operational requests, improving processes, AND/OR providing guidance and support to meet organizational objectives. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
