Summary You will serve as a SUPV IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the CYBER ENGINEERING & INTEGRATION DIVISION, CODE 58400 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will be responsible for Division strategic planning and organizational/process improvement, workforce planning and management of the division's funding allocation. You will analyze problems of management and provides advice regarding alternative solutions to these problems. Provides advice and insight about probably effects of alternative solutions to these problems. You will provide assistance, advice and guidance in solving technical, administrative, and personnel problems. You will provides liaison and coordinates Division focus and direction with senior programmatic and technical sponsors at ONR, DARPA, OSD, FLTCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR and many other organizations. You will work closely with the host, Naval Support Activity, Philadelphia and other tenants to resolve facility and security issues. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1. In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band NM-04 in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Leading division strategic planning and organizational/process improvement, workforce planning and management of the division's funding allocation; serving as a Center subject matter expert in their area and lending their expertise to current and proposed projects in order to enhance the products, services, and reputation of the Center. Education Additional Information This position is in the Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Human Resource Management System pay band for Department of Defense laboratories.
