The Opportunity:
Senior Administrative Support Analyst providing high-level administrative support to the Project Manager/Capability Program Executive (CPE) and other senior executives as needed. This role requires discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform leadership functions within the administrative support team.
Responsibilities:
Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the PM/CPE and others as necessary
Individual's work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information
Manage PM/CPE calendar using MS Outlook
Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
Prepares a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc. using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma/ Equivalent and 3-5 Years Experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software
Proficient with Defense Travel System
Some knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
Desired:
5+ years of experience with bachelor's degree or higher or High School Diploma/ Equivalent and 10+ Years Experience

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
