As a Cultural Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Research and AI Evaluation Department supporting cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural fluency, analytical rigor, and technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Evaluate search result pages for relevance, freshness, authority, intent alignment, and thematic cohesion
Validate search result relevance across diverse query types and identify systematic model failure patterns
Analyze cultural and contextual nuances such as humor, satire, irony, and language shifts among Gen-Z and Millennial audiences
Detect locale-specific cultural contexts across North America to enhance AI content understanding
Produce structured, engineering-ready reports that categorize model failures, assess severity, and provide actionable insights
What's Needed
Expert understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial internet culture and social media ecosystems
Proven experience in qualitative research, content analysis, or structured evaluation
Strong pattern recognition skills and ability to build taxonomies from unstructured observations
Solid statistical reasoning skills for error distribution and trend analysis
Comfort with evaluation platforms, AI tools, and understanding of machine learning systems
