Responsibilities You will serve as a Weaponeering Subject Matter Expert in the N2 Intelligence Division of Cruise Missile Support Activity Pacific (CMSA PAC) in CAMP HM SMITH HAWAII. You will serve as a weaponeer expert in target analysis, aim point development, and weapons effect calculations for Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles (TLAMs), Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS), and Long-Range Hypersonic Weapons (LRHW). You will perform in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of cruise missile employment issues providing input and recommendations to Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (COCOMs) and other elements of the national intelligence community. You will produce electronic targeting folders ensuring accuracy and completeness and policy compliance of all materials necessary to support cruise and hypersonic missile strike planning. You will be an Advanced Target Development Analyst who will develop and maintain TLAM and CPS/LRHW mission data using computer assisted Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) and Conventional Prompt Strike (CPT) Systems. You will assist in the development and creation of manuals, reports, and studies regarding TLAM, CPS, and LRHW weapon effectiveness. You will serve as the focal point for ongoing development and refinement of quantitative and qualitative techniques supporting the in-depth analysis of methods and systems used for TLAM, CPS and LRHW targeting, aimpoint selection, and weaponeering. You will mentor and train lower grade professional staff of weaponeering specialist. You will generate briefing materials and presents oral briefings for senior leaders within United States INDOPACIFIC Command (USINDOPACOM), United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), USFFC, and other GCCs visiting staff. You will write and edit point and talking papers, change and discrepancy reports, and other formal and informal staff documents. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-13 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and possess subject matter expert level knowledge of KSAs and duties required for Standoff Precision Strike Mission Planners, Knowledge of operational Tomahawk Land Attack Cruise Missile variants, capabilities, flight characteristics and constraints, planning and strike execution. Experience and knowledge of operational CPS/LRHW hypersonic weapon variants, capabilities, flight characteristics and constraints, planning and strike execution. Experience and knowledge of route planning strategy and techniques used in tactical low-level terrain following and medium altitude flight environment. GS-12 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of the Advanced Target Development Process and adversary country Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) interactions. Experience and knowledge of national intelligence resources, photogrammetric theory and techniques in measurement and location positioning of imagery objects used in the generation of precision coordinate mensuration. Experience with electronic light tables used to exploit imagery, generate target coordinates, and produce polygon models for use in weaponeering software. GS-11 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with probability modeling, the Joint Targeting Cycle, and/or the military intelligence discipline. Experience preparing and presenting briefings and reports utilizing Microsoft office tools to Department Heads and Senior Leadership. Experience planning, organizing, and directing the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization. GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience and knowledge of the the USINDOPACIFIC Area of Responsibility (AOR). Experience and knowledge of weapon system operational planning and execution communities. GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of predictive analysis and planning systems development processes.
