As the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Intelligence Analyst you'll be responsible for monitoring global events, identifying emerging threats, and producing intelligence products that support security operations and decision-making.
This role transforms raw information from open-source intelligence, internal security systems, and vendor intelligence feeds into actionable insights that support incident response, operational planning, and risk mitigation.
The analyst collaborates with GSOC operators, security leadership, and cross-functional teams to maintain situational awareness across physical, cyber-physical, travel, and operational risk environments.
You will collaborate across teams, implement innovative processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities as Global Security Operations Center Intelligence Analyst
Threat Monitoring & Intelligence Collection
Monitor global events, news sources, social media, and intelligence platforms for threats that may impact personnel, facilities, or operations
Utilize intelligence and incident management tools such as Dataminr, Everbridge, Ontic, and other OSINT platforms
Track geopolitical developments, civil unrest, severe weather, crime trends, and other emerging risks
Maintain and update threat and risk profiles
Intelligence Analysis & Reporting
Analyze intelligence data and develop actionable threat assessments
Produce intelligence reports, alerts, and situational awareness briefings for leadership
Conduct trend analysis and identify emerging patterns that may impact security operations
Support intelligence briefings and operational updates for security stakeholders
Incident Intelligence Support
Provide intelligence support during active incidents or crisis events
Correlate internal incident reports, alarms, and access control anomalies with external threat indicators
Assist GSOC leadership with escalation recommendations and contextual threat analysis
Travel Risk & Protective Intelligence
Support travel security programs through pre-trip intelligence briefings
Conduct venue and route threat assessments for high-risk travel or events
Monitor global events that may impact employee travel or operations
Strategic Intelligence Support
Support predictive threat modeling and risk heat mapping
Provide intelligence inputs for business continuity and crisis management planning
Monitor vendor, infrastructure, and operational risk indicators
Your Qualifications:
Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC or GSOC) environment
Experience conducting threat intelligence analysis or OSINT research
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear intelligence reporting
High situational awareness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with intelligence platforms such as Dataminr, Everbridge, Ontic, or similar tools
Background in corporate security, law enforcement intelligence, military intelligence, or risk intelligence
Experience supporting executive protection or corporate travel security programs
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
