Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Technology Protection Service SME with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

The Senior Technology Protection SME will provide expert advice and insights to inform leaders on proposed risk decisions involving acquisitions, research, development, and technology and program protections of all-domain command and control capabilities. The SME will be responsible for overseeing and identifying critical program information and critical technology elements and assembling actionable options into S&T or Program Protection Plans. The analyst will liaise with the Defense Intelligence Agency, other Intelligence Community organizations, Military Departments and the respective Counterintelligence Offices, Combatant Command Stakeholders and relevant DoD/USG law enforcement and counterintelligence entities.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and support Program Managers with protective measures.
Utilize Vendor Threat Mitigation risk assessments to inform Programmatic.
Develop initial information security, vulnerability and risk assessments.
Prioritize product development for a team of analysts.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience and In-depth knowledge of Sensitive Decision Support (SDS) to DoW executives, to include a comprehensive understanding of DoW intelligence and counterintelligence operations and how they interrelate to support relevant plans, studies, initiatives, and projects.
Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness and efficiency of SDS planning and execution.
Must have skill in adapting those techniques to measure and improve effectiveness of associated operations, activities, and investments (OAI).
Comprehensive proficiency in threat analysis and risk management to include use of information technology automation software and processes used in the DoW, IC and other Federal Agencies for use in gathering, tracking and analyzing vast amounts of information to fuse assessments and identify potential OAI, threats and associated risks to the DoW or the security of the United States.
Experience within Military Department headquarters staff or Combatant Command J3 supporting SDS activities.
Clearance Requirement:
Must have a current/active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Desired Candidate Experience:
Education and experience specific to AI/ML, Autonomy, Data Science, or similar/supporting emerging and disruptive technologies.
In-depth knowledge and experience performing or directly supporting counterintelligence operations, reveal/conceal and information operations
Graduate of Joint Planning, Tech Protect, CI, Information Ops/Planning Courses
