SMX is seeking an Intelligence Discipline Lead - Expert to provide advanced-level support for intelligence planning, integration, and execution across mission-critical operations. In this critical role, you will synchronize intelligence activities, contribute to operational strategies, and provide subject expertise to maximize mission effectiveness in challenging environments.
This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and synchronize all-source intelligence activities across a variety of disciplines in support of operational requirements
Work closely with team leads and analysts to plan, collect, and interpret intelligence to inform decision-making
Prepare and deliver detailed briefings, reports, and analytical assessments for mission teams and leadership
Mentor and support junior intelligence analysts and personnel
Participate in cross-disciplinary and interagency coordination efforts
Maintain currency with intelligence methodologies, best practices, and emerging threats
Ensure compliance with established intelligence policies and procedures
Must be willing and able to deploy to global locations
Must have a valid US passport
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, or a related discipline
Minimum of 6 years of experience conducting intelligence operations or analysis in a defense, intelligence community, or federal environment
Advanced understanding of intelligence disciplines and the intelligence cycle
Experience preparing and delivering intelligence products to varied audiences
Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with common intelligence analysis tools
Must be willing and able to deploy as required and possess a valid US passport
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

The proposed salary for this position is:
$82,000-$125,000 USD
