Summary:
The Senior Cyber Security Analyst plays a key role and contributes to the overall development and implementation of Trident's risk-based information security program. As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will take a role in assessing, planning, and enacting security measures to help protect our organization from security breaches and attacks on its computer networks and systems.
This role provides vulnerability analysis, cyber security awareness administration, policy management, project deliverables, and participates in security related initiatives to help strengthen our overall security posture. This role will also assess and make recommendations to the leadership team for improvements of our cyber security monitoring tools and posture. This role also manages account access review audits.
Essential Functions:
Acts as a key member of incident response team, responding to emerging situations, documenting details, and briefing leaders.
Responsible for responding to potential incidents flagged by our managed detection and response (MDR) partner.
Collaborates to define and enforce security policies, standards, and controls.
Performs ongoing security compliance, audits, and certification programs for the company.
Prepares and presents cyber security-related vendor assessments, evaluation, and management.
Assesses and configures cloud environment to minimize risk and secure data
Supports the company's security awareness training program.
Proactively recognize threats by performing relevant research and data analysis
Leads efforts to identify vulnerabilities and collaborates to enact a plan of remediation.
Works cross functionally with other departments to increase security awareness and develop security champions.
Monitors and responds to reporting tools used to defend endpoints against cyberattack.
Analyzes security breaches to determine their root cause. Recommends and installs appropriate tools and countermeasures for intrusion detection and prevention.
Responds to security questionnaires from clients.
Keeps current on cybersecurity issues and trends, evaluate security technologies, participate in relevant training
Additional Responsibilities:
Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.
