Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Technical Lead to join our team at the Navy Warfare Development Center. In this role, you will support the Maritime Operations Center and the LVC training events. In this role, you will act as technical team lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FST-O training events. As the lead, you will lead event planning, testing, and execution in compliance with NCTE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The perfect candidate will coordinate with NCTE operators, engineers, and MOC training teams to ensure systems and personnel support. Another main responsibility will be to maintain and enhance modeling and simulation tools aligned with Navy doctrine and evolving military capabilities. This position requires flexibility for non-standard hours and occasional travel.
Pay rate is 35/hr to 57.69/hr

Skills and Requirements
-6 years of Modeling and Simulation experience
-6 years of C4I experience - Links & GCCS specifically
-6 years of joint simulation experience
-Linux and/or Microsoft professional required
-Security+ is required
-Active Top-Secret clearance
-Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, UDP) and distributed simulation protocols (HLA, DIS)
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
