Job Descriptions:
Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated space operations experts to assist the government customer in integrating complex Orbital Warfare systems into operations. In this position, the contractor will be responsible for:
The development of the Combat Forces Proponent Fielding Process (CFP-FP), tying doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy to program office system deliveries
Organizing, facilitating, and providing technical guidance for Integrated Capability Teams (ICTs) and program working groups in support of the CFP-FP process. ICTs will include, but are not limited to: System testing and training; system security, beddown, manpower, etc.
Developing System Concept and Operational Acceptance plans
Analyzing OA compliance and providing recommendations for customer consideration
Providing system requirement support to include analysis and course of action development for Joint Urgent Operational Needs, Joint Emergent Operational Needs, and Evaluation Request Messages
Supporting Senior Space Leader engagements and decision forums (Operations, Acquisition, Test, and Training presentations; CFC Commander and Command Staff Proponency Briefings; and other General Office and Senior staff briefings)
Providing advisement on Operations and Maintenance Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution
Assisting government Weapon System Leads in the development of inputs into the 5-year Program Objective Memorandum and Unfunded Requests
Reviewing and updating Special Program Security Classification Guides
Providing Strategic Basing support for capability beddown through the development of Basing Action Requests
Providing OW technical expertise during space exercises and wargames
Significant additional duties include providing Information Technology support to the Space Control division
Required Experience:
10+ years working space operations. 3+ years experience specific to Orbital Warfare operations, acquisitions, or HQ-staff level. Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applications.
Preferred Experience includes:
Previous work with Special Access Programs
Previous experience working strategic basing, Exercises/Wargames, PPBE, Space System Requirements, and/or Space Acqusitions (Program Office support).
B.S. desired (Technical preferred)
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
