MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Warfare Analyst . * This position is primarily onsite in Norfolk, VA with occasional local travel to Virginia Beach, VA * .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical expertise supporting NSWC Corona Range Systems Department managing Information Technology efforts supporting the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN).
Responsible for information technology, network operations and employment of Information Warfare integration on NETTN.
Implements Information Warfare solutions within the network operations strategy.
Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems pertaining to the employment of the NETTN.
Plan, Monitor, and Assess Information Warfare plans to ensure alignment with NSWC's mission goals and adjust based on government feedback.
Develop supporting analytical documentation to include analysis of alternatives, test plans, research reports, and other technical reports as required.
Maintain Situational Awareness of emergent concepts within the IE.
Support Testing and Evaluation of new concepts, capabilities, and deliverables.
Provide Expertise and Coordination in experimentation requirements as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field and five 5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with Information Environment (IE) and its impact on military operations.
Experience with Intelligence Operations, IRCs and Information Warfare.
Experience with afloat Cryptologic Operations and Tactics Techniques Procedures (TTPs).
Experience with Cryptologic team trainers and imbedded systems, and/or afloat operations.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and at various levels of command.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant work experience U.S. Government environment, DoD strongly preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
